190g chestnut flour
60g rice flour
16g baking powder
90g chocolate chips
Divide the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg yolks with the granulated sugar. Mix the butter and yogurt together. Combine the mixture of butter and yogurt, chestnut flour, baking powder, rice flour and milk with the egg yolks and sugar. Finally add the beaten egg whites and the chocolate chips. Grease the loaf pan using butter and pour everything into it. Bake at 170°C for about 30 minutes in a preheated fan oven.
