Ours is a gluten-free hotel in the Dolomites, at the foot of the Schlern. Every day, our gluten-intolerant or gluten-allergic guests can enjoy many homemade specialities without the use of gluten. The care taken with the ingredients also extends to the preparation, which takes place in a separate kitchen to avoid any risk of contamination.

Hotel Villa Madonna undergoes periodic inspections by the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) and the AILI (Italian Lacto-Intolerant Association) and guarantees the use of certified products.

Coeliac disease is a serious allergy, and we take care of every detail to ensure that our guests enjoy their holiday to the fullest, including in culinary terms.

Every day you can enjoy different types of gluten-free bread, all homemade by our chef: filoncini, pan bauletto and rosette; from tomato bread to bread with bacon; from breadsticks to taralli and... even Bretzel! A paradise for all bread-loving palates!

When have you ever been able to enjoy a good gluten-free beer in a bar? You can choose your favourite beer: for you, we have selected the best craft beers, both Italian and foreign, that you can sip without worries.

Contact with hotel schools
We work with several hotel schools to enact an ambitious project: choosing the best student-chef, expert in gluten-free cooking, through a competition and then inviting them for an internship with our staff.
