Bookings
After obtaining confirmation of room availability from the hotel, please reply immediately. Your room reservation is considered binding only after you reconfirm it. It is not possible to reserve a specific room number and/or floor.
Security deposit
At the time of confirming your booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price of your stay.
Restaurant
For organizational reasons, requests for a single table for reservations with multiple rooms must be communicated and agreed upon in advance, before check-in. Any requests regarding the assignment of multiple rooms to the same table for dinner/breakfast are subject to approval by management.
Insurance
We suggest and strongly recommend to stipulate an holiday insurance, which covers you in case of cancellation of your trip, delayed departure or interruption of the holiday. Insurance is recommended especially for clients travelling with children and all those who do not wish to lose their deposit because of unexpected events or for reasons beyond their control.
The insurance is stipulated directly by the client with the Alto Adige Hoteliers association (HOGAST), which offers a safe and very economical contract.
