Summer on the Seiser Alm

Your gluten-free holiday in South Tyrol

In the summer, the Seiser Alm offers more than 300 km of hiking trails that extend across Europe's largest high plateau and are an excellent opportunity to experience nature directly, to enjoy the marvellous spectacle of the vast South Tyrolean pastures and meadows from which the impressive peaks of the Schlern, Langkofel and Plattkofel emerge. And all in the immediate vicinity of the Hotel Villa Madonna!

Here, nature has remained untouched. The mountain air, crisp and healthy, conveys a feeling of peace and serenity. Slow down. Indulge in carefreeness. Walk on the flower-filled meadows of the Seiser Alm. Here, every season has its charm and offers many possibilities. If you are looking for a gluten-free hotel in one of South Tyrol's most beautiful mountain ranges, Hotel Villa Madonna is the ideal place for a gluten-free holiday in South Tyrol.

For kids

During certain periods of the summer season (high season: August), our young animators entertain young and old, offer children the opportunity to dine in a room dedicated to them, and organise outings for the whole family.

A couple of tips for children:

  • a day in an old watermill to introduce your children to the art of turning wheat into flour;
  • a day with the horses: shoeing them, grooming them, riding them, learning the various styles of riding.
