Chocolate and banana cake

The perfect break for your day...


500g bananas
500g sugar
120g sunflower oil
240g eggs
55g milk
15g salt
2g backing powder
200g chocolate drops


Peel the bananas and blend them until smooth. Add sugar, sunflower oil, eggs and milk. Take another bowl and blend rice flour, bicarbonate, salt and bakery powder. Add it to the previous mixture. Add the chocolate drops to the dough and put it in a buttered and floured cake tin. Bake at 170° for 30 minutes in a convection oven.
